Standard delivery
The default delivery charge is Rs200 unless a product page or checkout displays a different amount. Delivery times vary by destination and courier conditions.
Cash on Delivery
COD orders may be confirmed by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. Customers should provide a complete address and answer the rider’s call.
Online-paid orders
Online-paid parcels are booked with zero COD collection only after our team verifies the payment in the actual account. A screenshot alone does not confirm payment.
Courier delays
Weather, public holidays, remote areas and courier operations may affect delivery. Contact us with your order number for help.
